Problem solving has been a key career driver for me throughout various role changes over the years. The experience gained in addressing a broad spectrum of issues has enhanced that core skill, which enables me to add value to any project assignment.
I enjoy working with stakeholders at all levels, utilising effective communications skills to understand their requirements. My knowledge of IT/Business process design and documentation is underpinned by practical experience gained as an ITIL Service Management consultant and Service manager with Xansa, for whom I managed a team of up to 25 people.
Additional career roles as Implementation project manager, Technical consultant, and Systems test manager enrich my skillset – as an author of technical, business and marketing content – by adding practical knowledge.
