50-page annual reports, 100-page employee handbooks, company policies that need dictionaries to be understood. That's the old way of business writing. Instead, I like to help businesses cut out the 'boring bits' and give the audience what they really need... useful, plain and simple.

I've worn many hats during my varied digital career: from developer, to designer, to writer and editor. I've used plain English, curiosity, and creativity to solve problems for the audience in every role. It all starts with discovering their unique needs and getting out of their way to serve them.
