Diploma course assignment 3
Do you think life’s too short to walk?
Perhaps you think walking is just too slow, too boring. Or that everywhere is just too far. If so, then it’s time to think again.
Walking can be so much more than simply a means of getting you from A to B. For a walk can help both your physical and mental health, whether it’s a leisurely stroll or an adventurous ramble.
Simply taking a brisk walk to your local shops or park can improve your fitness and wellbeing. But why not be adventurous, seek new experiences?
Breathe in the fresh, clear air among rolling hills, on a coastal path perhaps or from deep within spring woodlands. Connecting with all your senses. With nature. With yourself. Finding the space and time to think, take stock and enjoy your surroundings.
Walk, and you’ll feel the stresses and strains of your everyday life melting away. And wherever you go, it will always be time well spent. You may think life’s too short to walk, but without regular exercise, your life could be even shorter still.
So go on, start walking today and change your life for good.
