Editing contract text for an estate agent with a difference

About this project

Eddie Robinson of Robinson Estate Agents is proud of the simple contract the company asks its clients to sign. However, he was aware the contract could be improved. I edited the text Eddie already had into plain English with a focus on the client rather than the company. I've since worked with Eddie on a sales letter, brochure and giving him advice on copy for his new website.

Dear Mr Owen,

 

I’m getting in touch with a small number of people in the Maidenhead area who, like you, own a high-value home.
