Relaymed

About this project

Relaymed are a digital healthcare company that supplies a cloud based test result service to American healthcare practitioners. I was briefed to write their entire website, using a self-assured tone of voice that - while young and energetic - would also speak to decision makers at American medical practices. Below is an example of what I wrote for them. There is plent more at: http://relaymed.com/

Our Service

[title]

It’s simple, really.

[body]

Subscribe to Relaymed and send all point-of-care test results straight to your EHR without lifting a finger; beyond pressing a button to run the test, of course.

Our service will allow you to avoid the mindless hassle of typing up test results, therefore avoiding the trouble of waiting for outcomes and pesky transcription errors.  We also guarantee you that test results will be documented with 100% security and accuracy.

All that you have to think about is treating your patients.

You got into your profession to help people.  Well, subscribing to Relaymed allows you to take all of the time you spend on typing up test results and puts it straight back into doing just that.  After carrying out the test, results seamlessly transfer from your testing device into the cloud, where they are safely stored in your EHR.  That’s satisfying you, your patients and the legislation.

You don’t have to worry about being a computer whizzkid either, because we are sure that your brain is full of more important stuff (you know, like how to save a person’s life).  Our service is infrastructure free and straightforward.

All you have to do is download our app to your PC or server and you can connect your point-of-care devices to Relaymed.  Any test that you then run from a connected device is instantly saved it in the EHR.  Voila.

User Experience

[body]

The existing process for running point-of-care tests is outdated in our world of technology and automation.  We know that this is especially frustrating when you could be spending this time on something productive, like seeing more patients.  That’s why we have designed Relaymed for you: to offer you a simple solution in achieving optimum workflow efficiency across your practice.

Just run the test through your connected device and our cloud based software does the rest.  The results will be instantly saved securely and accurately in your EHR.  It really is that simple.

No more waiting around for test results.  No more toiling over cumbersome interfaces.  No more paper printouts. Just trouble free connectivity for your point-of-care devices.

You will be pleasantly surprised by how inexpensive it is too.

Schedule a demo with our team now to see how fast and easy it is.

Simple?  Check.  Secure?  Well of course.

[body]

When we built Relaymed, simplicity was trumped only by security in our list of user benefits.  For that reason, we promise that there are no security risks in using our service.  That’s a 100%, binding guarantee.

All parts of our service use the latest industry standard security measures. Our infrastructure supports the TLS 1.2 web access model for HTTPS and is hardened against all known attacks. Additionally, your data is protected at all times using the AES-256 encryption standard.

As part of our commitment to security, we provide all clients with a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to demonstrate our HIPAA compliance. All our systems are HITRUST CSF assured, the most widely adopted security control framework in US healthcare.

How do I sign Up?

[body]

It is time to modernize.  That is why Relaymed takes a contemporary consumer market approach.

What does that mean, exactly?

No infrastructure to buy. No upfront costs. No setup fees. No connection fees; to our device or EHR partners.  Just a few clicks and an ongoing monthly subscription.  We can even offer discounts if you sign up for 12 or 24 month contracts.

As our software is totally scalable, why not try it at a single location or on a few devices to start?
