Training workshop: Blogging for Business
The Blogging for Business workshop was the result of many conversations with business owners who understood that content marketing could benefit them, but had no idea where to start. New businesses are constantly being told that they need to ‘do’ blogging, vlogging, email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC and so on. This can be overwhelming, so I wanted to show people that content marketing didn’t have to be a big scary investment. My course takes it back to basics by looking at who your target audience is, what you want your content to achieve and how you can create content that gets the results you want.
This one-day workshop is ideal for:
Start-up business owners with a small marketing budget
Businesses that want to build a stronger online presence
Companies with a blog but no real strategy
Business owners that want to start a blog
Employees responsible for the company blog
I have had people on my course who have never written a blog in their life, people who have been blogging for years and even other copywriters. It’s an interactive day, full of advice, discussion and idea generating as well practical tips for creating engaging blog posts. I also run this as an in-house option for marketing teams, internal comms teams or anyone who wants to upskill employees. I’ve even adapted this course for prison inmates with excellent results.
“If you are serious about building your brand online, adding value to others and building your business then I would urge you to attend.”-Charles Gregory, App2u Ltd.
“Gained plenty of useful hints, tips and insights as to how to develop our online following and add value to the messages that we put online.” -Matt Wood, Scamp Creative
“The training we received was greatly informative, highly productive and very entertaining. We were astounded at the number of ideas we each generated without really thinking about it and since the course, every one of us has now written and issued our very own blogs. This will continue to grow thanks to our new found strength and understanding.” Lee Scorey, Agenci
