About this project

Re-writing the web copy for a prestigious interior design and project management firm, capturing an authentic tone of voice. North-East-based Ward Robinson have made a name for themselves designing bespoke spaces including Michelin-starred restaurants and award-winning hotels, innovative office space, leisure centres and visitor attractions, as well as providing project management services for huge capital and urban regeneration projects.


Working with creative agency JUMP, my task was to overhaul the copy for a refreshed website for Ward Robinson, including the About Us pages and 40 client case studies, replacing the existing copy which they felt was far from the mark in terms of their authentic brand tone. I needed to capture their real values and selling points, conveying the timeless trusted quality of the company in a mature, understated yet confident way.

Ward Robinson were really pleased with the results, feeling my copy captured perfectly their brand tone and approach, a vast improvement on the previous copy.
