I’ve spent the last 20 years working in information architecture and taxonomy design. I specialise in unf*cking large digital messes to help businesses make more money\, or save a boat load of it. I specialise in how people navigate through digital ecosystems and the paradox of choice. When I’m not doing that I’m usually found reading a book\, walking the dog or sewing something.
