    I'm Chloe, and I work at mark-making*. I started while I was a student (MA Und. in Philosophy & English Literature), helping out a web developer pal with copy. He insisted that I could make a good living doing this work, and now, a couple of years on, it seems he was right. I'm interested in how content and copy help users around the web, and in the ever-changing fractal puzzle that is the email subject line.
