Working alongside a graphic designer, this was a challenging project to walk staff through what is a complex recruitment process, with guidance that needed to be simple, yet comprehensive. We broke the process down into manageable, colour-coded steps, and added tips and checkboxes at each stage. The College has many help sheets to assist with aspects of the process, so this was about providing an overview which comprised all the key information, whilst allowing individuals to access additional support as and when required.
