Who is behind Ritch Digital?

Well hello there. I’m Dan Pritchard, the Bearded wonder. I’m a self-taught, passionate, content whizzkid.


Hang on, are you a one-man-band or an agency?

Sometimes I fly solo. I also have a crack team of content superheroes at my fingertips, ready to fulfil all your content needs. And, I have my trusty feline sidekicks – Frankie and Cosmo – always ready to lend a helping paw.

I’m also a multi-skilled designer, marketer, strategist, trainer, explainer, helping hand, chief cook and bottle-washer.  And if I can’t help you, I’ll definitely know someone who can.

So, tell us more about yourself, Dan.

I’m based in Maidstone, Kent, and I was a printer before I became a content bod. My Grandad was a printer too and I followed in his footsteps for over 20 years. Over time, I was drawn more to the design and digital side of things, so I trained myself up, and here we are. I’m fascinated by content marketing, and I love to teach people how it can help their business.

Who’s in your support bubble?

I’ve been married to the lovely Kayt for XX years. We have two mischievous daughters – Livvie and Maddie.

What about your feline friends?

Our cats are the heart of our family.

We have Frankie, our 8 year old girl. She’s a proper diva – grumpy as hell and doesn’t like anyone.

Then we have Cosmo, our chilled-out boy. He likes everyone and everything, and is desperate for Frankie’s attention.

Finally we have Luna – the late, great Luna-Tic. Sadly she’s recently departed, but will forever live on in her cartoon form.

What do you do for fun?

I love to play cricket. My proudest moment was winning the Wisden cricketer of the month award when I took 8 wickets for 0 runs. If you don’t know what that means – it’s seriously impressive. I’m also a footie fan but I confine my appreciation to the sofa these days.
