And I do all of this, through well chosen words. I’ve written copy for small start up businesses and multinational corporations; I’ve helped promote new products in the USA; I’ve crafted new national marketing plans in the UK; and I’ve engaged new audiences all around the world.
I’m exceptionally skilled at communicating with the right words when they are needed, in whatever capacity that may be, from outstanding customer service practices to simple and effective slogans, full website content to guest experience enhancements, working independently, or as part of a wider team.
