My niches are: small businesses and the travel/tourism industry.

They’re quite varied, right? 👇So here's my story in a nutshell 👇

I was originally in travel and tourism marketing, but then the Covid-19 pandemic hit. The travel industry collapsed and I had to diversify. So in March 2020, I began working with small local businesses: family-run, start-ups, sole traders, freelancers, 1 or 2-man companies, etc.

I helped my small biz clients survive the "new normal". How? Well, my services—web design, copywriting and SEO—enabled them to make the switch from offline to online during the restrictions. I designed their website, wrote the content and optimised it all for search engines. This meant they could now attract new customers remotely, even if they were busy baking banana bread in their pjs during lockdown.

🦠 Weird times, hey? 🍌

Anyway. Fast-forward to 2022, life is back to normal, people are travelling again, and my travel industry clients came back. Yay!

But by this point, I'd already built relationships with my small biz clients, learned new skills and developed new services.

So I decided to serve both sectors. It's been over 3 years now and business is going really well 😊.
