HSBC Green Home Loan Landing Page Copy
HSBC is one of my longstanding clients, and I’ve now worked for them three times across various departments.
Working as a UX copywriter with UX design teams and local market stakeholders (including PWS Leads, Commercialisation Leads and Product Managers) I created clear, concise and engaging copy across HSBC Personal Wealth Banking Products and digital messaging channels. The project I worked on involved writing UX and digital copy ‘entities’ that could be used in the same way across a variety of platforms, rather than writing copy for a single template or page. This gave HSBC the flexibility to use this content across any touch points, with improved user journeys. I was also responsible for being a TOV guardian, checking that copy was accessible, inclusive and appropriate for all HSBC customers.
