Mine begins in 1992. I'm six years old, writing my first words in pencil. Neatly. Just like my primary school teacher had demonstrated to me on the blackboard. I distinctly remember that magical feeling of being able to write and invent whatever my vivid imagination could come up with. Words became sentences, sentences became paragraphs. Paragraphs became whole stories. Stories became literary studies.

Thirty years later, I'm still passionate about writing. Words are my medium. Words connect. They give shape and structure to my memories. Words have the magical ability to go straight to the heart. To engage the other person on an emotional level. Words create joy.

Hey there, glad you're here! My name is Katie Caiger, a master at bigger-than-life thinking and building robber ladders. I was born in Germany in 1986 and am a happy wife, mum to two adorable daughters, a story podcaster, and a full-time Copywriter & Consultant for (Business) Storytelling. Ten years ago, I swapped my flip-flops for wellies: after two years in Mexico, I now live with family and dog Frida on the cliffs of southern England. For me, this peace and space is the perfect place to get creative, raise our children and recharge my batteries.

As a Storytelling and Social Media Consultant with 10 years’ experience in Copywriting & Proofreading with an M.A. in Literature (W/D) and a keen interest in Sales Psychology and Content Marketing, I am closely working with SMEs in various fields across Germany, Austria and the UK. I absolutely love supporting my clients with my passion for great storytelling.

As a copywriter and a technical translator, I come from a time-driven culture. Here, excellent self-management, clear communication and convincing top results are the be-all and end-all.
