The framework covers 68 competencies across 10 categories, each with three progression levels: Developing (building foundational skills), Practising (applying skills independently), and Expert (leading and innovating).
Competencies marked as Threshold are essential for all copywriters. Those marked Contextual may be more or less relevant depending on your work context.
