Over a 30-year career (yes, it really is that long!), I've written and edited copy for pretty much every sector - and probably yours. When I'm fuelled by a mug of tea, you'll find me unstoppable. I can turn from writing a case study on healthcare in the morning to thinking up a marketing slogan for workspace specialists after lunch and editing an annual report for a charity in the afternoon.

I understand the pressures that you are under and the challenges you face, because I've hopped over the client fence twice – once as head of visual identity at ING Barings and then as head of PR and communications at Regus.

I can help you execute your content strategy, giving you more time to spend on what you do best. You can rely on me to capture the essence of what you want to say, in the right tone of voice, and communicate your vision across case studies, blogs, emails, websites, product materials and newsletters. I'm a dab hand at editing and proofreading, too.

Qualifications & Awards
After a Media Studies degree (specialising in print journalism), I joined the British Printing Industries Federation as deputy editor of its house magazine and editor of its yearbook.
I joined Chandler Gooding (now Sequel), a renowned internal communications agency, as an editor, writing print and online magazines and newspapers for large corporates. I was promoted to the quality team, then head of new media, before joining ING Barings as head of vision identity. I've won multiple awards from the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC) for editing and writing, and am an IoIC Fellow.
As a freelancer, I've won the Best Freelancer award in the ICon Awards, two regional awards of excellence for best communication, and an Award of Excellence in the Communicator of the Year Awards.
