I write articles, patient guides, service pages, blog content, email and social media copy, and I handle the SEO too. Most of my work sits in healthcare and legal or financial services, where accuracy and trust matter. But I'm comfortable writing across a range of topics, and I enjoy the research that comes with new territory.

What shapes my writing most is hands-on experience. As a paediatric sleep consultant, I worked one-to-one with over 100 families. That taught me how people actually read when they're worried, tired or overwhelmed, and it's made me a better writer across the board.

I've also trained in AI ethics, and I think carefully about how these tools are changing the way we write and work.

I translate German to English too, native/fluent in both.
