The Brief:
Proximity Enterprise Solutions is an award-winning manufacturing ERP provider. Based in the UK, the company implements and supports DELMIAWorks ERP for manufacturers worldwide.

The brief for the website was to highlight the company’s manufacturing expertise, partnership with the DELMIAWorks ERP software and successful track record of implementing ERPs for manufacturers.

The Project:
Working with the in-house marketing manager, I started the project with workshops to identify the company’s key marketing messages. These helped me to clarify its positioning and how to approach the new website.

Before writing the website copy, I shared my initial ideas about the company’s story, customers’ pain points and the proposed tone of voice with the directors and other decision-makers. Getting agreement on these areas upfront meant the copywriting and review process ran smoothly.
