Concept
The goal was to simplify and humanise the complex information surrounding the Help to Buy scheme, making it more approachable and accessible. We focused on a clean, reassuring visual identity paired with accessible language to build trust and clarity.
Execution
We designed a compact, print-friendly leaflet that balanced engaging visuals with clear, digestible content. Through thoughtful layout and iconography, we guided readers through key benefits and eligibility criteria, ensuring information was easy to scan and understand. The tone was friendly and informative, designed to demystify the process while encouraging action.
Results
The leaflet was distributed across property developments and financial advisory hubs, helping streamline conversations between sales teams and prospective buyers. Feedback from stakeholders highlighted improved engagement and increased enquiries related to the Help to Buy scheme.
