Tim Tucker is a copywriter, content strategist and trainer. He trains copywriters for the Data & Marketing Association and runs webinars for ProCopywriters. Over 16 years running his own business, he's written and consulted for brands including NatWest, Virgin Media Business, the National Trust, Baillie Gifford and Visit Wales.

What time does the day start and finish?
Courses run from 9:30am to 4:30pm UK time, with two short breaks and 45 minutes for lunch. The full timetable is on each course page.
What software do I need?
A computer with a reliable internet connection, a webcam and microphone, and Zoom. For the AI courses, a free or paid account with ChatGPT or Claude. We’ll send setup notes a week before.
Is it recorded?
Yes. Everyone who books gets the full recording of the day to keep, along with the course materials.
Can my employer pay?
Yes. Choose “Pay by invoice” when you book and add a purchase order number if your organisation uses them. You can also download a one-page summary to send to your manager for sign-off.
What if I can’t make it?
Full refund up to 28 days before the course. After that, 50% is refundable. You can also move to a later date, or send a colleague in your place at no extra cost.
Do I need to be a member?
No. Anyone can book. ProCopywriters members save £100 on every course, and the discount is applied automatically when you’re signed in.
