Data protection complaints

If you’re unhappy with how ProCopywriters has collected, used, shared or stored your personal information, tell us using the form below. We take every complaint seriously and will look into it properly.

This form is for complaints about your personal information. If you want a copy of your data, or want it corrected or deleted, you can use this form or email help@procopywriters.co.uk. To report a breach of the Copywriter Code, use the Code reporting form instead.

    Include dates and anything that helps us find the records involved.

    What happens next

    1. We’ll confirm we’ve received your complaint within 30 days. In practice it’s usually within 5 working days.
    2. We’ll look into what happened. We may contact you for more detail.
    3. We’ll keep you updated if it’s taking time.
    4. We’ll tell you what we found and what, if anything, we’re doing about it.

    If you're still not satisfied

    You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. The ICO will usually expect you to have raised it with us first.
