Since 2006, I've helped over 300 businesses – not to mention a cluster of top agencies – with copywriting that gets results.

Over the years, I've come to specialise in B2B and professional services work. When accountants, insurers, brokers and lawyers get fed up with dull copy that tries to bore prospective clients into buying, they come to me to sort things out.

In recent years, I've also branched out into content auditing. This is crucial for professional services firms: it helps rid their websites of outdated advice, stops them paying for new websites full of useless content, and spots pages that are – against all the odds – bringing in work.

To do content auditing properly, you need evidence. That's why I've built my own, proprietary software, Manticore. It crawls your site and brings together evidence from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush and other sources to give me a detailed insight into every page. With that intelligence, I can work with clients to decide what content to keep, improve, merge, remove or create.

The result is a cleaner, more focused website that performs better in search and AI.
