Claire is a specialist in PR and marketing communications with an emphasis on technology and B2B accounts. She has held a number of senior roles in the PR industry and has worked both in house for leading technology companies and for some well-known agencies, including eight years at the London-based top ten international PR consultancy The Grayling Group, where she was a Board director and director of the Technology Division, and four years as Managing Director, Convergence Group, at Porter Novelli International in London before founding her own agency, The Forge Public Relations. She has extensive UK and international PR experience.
Claire has a BA Honours degree (2:1) from the University of York in English and French Literature and is an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, Chartered Institute of Marketing, Worshipful Company of Marketors, the Media Society, Women in Journalism, Women in PR, the Chartered Institute of Journalists, the Institute of Directors, Society of Editors, Chartered Institute for Copy Editors and Proofreaders, Professional Copywriters’ Network, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts
