Most of my copywriting experience has been around education, health and wellbeing, professional services and technology. I’ve written on topics as varied as child health research and cloud computing, hypnotherapy and hospice care, flood risk and fitness technologies.
I specialise in digital copywriting, and keep up-to-date with trends in SEO, information architecture, content strategy and user experience. I do work regularly on printed materials too though, from brochures to annual reports.
A trained journalist, I got my first digital content job in 1999. In the decade and a half since then I've worked as an online content creator and editor, a non-fiction book editor, a communications and web officer, and a website development project manager. I’ve been a freelance copywriter and content strategist since 2009.
