I turned freelance in 2022 after many years working in internal comms, writing everything from corporate news articles to leader blogs, HR processes and social media posts.
Working for a large financial services provider, I quickly became familiar with the UK pensions and savings environment, plus a wealth of HR/colleague engagement topics including recruitment, reward, wellbeing, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Previously I worked on tone of voice, ensuring a consistent experience for customers across all corporate comms.
Oh, and I've also edited dictionaries - so I'm a bit of a word geek.
I'm open to all types of work, but I'd particularly love to work with ethical and sustainable brands focused on health and wellbeing, food and drink or parenting and family life.
As well as copywriting, I offer copy-editing and French-English translation.
