We’ve all heard it before, but the old ways of working really don’t cut it anymore. The idea that there is one size fits all, that everyone can be motivated or led in the same way, has been proven wrong.

So when we say that we support neurodiverse workplaces, we aren’t singling people out – far from it. We’re working towards ensuring all people of all work and learning styles and needs feel a sense of belonging and purpose in the workforce.
