I delved into ways we can create therapeutic, holistic rituals to promote physical and mental health and shared it with Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) members in the Summer 2023 issue of The Wellness Room. An experienced copywriter for several health and wellness brands – as well as a trained Story Massage Practitioner – I helped members of the UK’s largest professional association for therapists discover how spending time in nature, meditation, foraging and self-care contribute to mindfulness.
