UiPath ABM program discovery and content creation for key accounts

UiPath wanted a radically different and more strategic approach to ABM. With less focus on immediate direct engagement and more on building a streamlined process that targeted more accounts with ongoing ABM, they were looking for a simple and scalable process that could bring new accounts into the programme when needed. Working with Hut-3 agency, I ran workshops with sales contacts in UIPath, wrote and agreed messaging decks, and created supporting collateral to drive the ABM program forward.
