I'm co-founder of branding and culture agency, Broom & Moon. My career has been in internal comms, leading teams at Microsoft, Dow Jones and Prudential. In 2011, I started my own comms business and in 2023, I joined forces with Clare Lynch to set up Broom & Moon, where we help organisations get clear on who they and what they stand for and then communicate that to the world.
