About this project
In 2018, the management team at Shepherd Offshore on the north banks on the River Tyne needed help to redevelop the company's website. With an ever-increasing demand for their services, the company's existing website was outdated and didn't cover the extensive range of essential support on offer to their multinational clients in the offshore, oil & gas, energy, marine, power and renewable energy industries. A family-owned and run business, I worked closely with the team to explore the business offering in full, develop a tone of voice to describe the services on offer and map each page to detail the available support.
