After conducting thorough research, focus groups, and interviews, we identified four distinct personas for individuals with allergies:
- The Proactive
- The Supportive Parent
- The Resigned
- The Know-it-all
The Proactive persona’s allergy journey begins with early awareness. At this stage, she is unsure of the cause of her symptoms and feels overwhelmed and vulnerable. She is determined to overcome the limitations that her symptoms impose on her daily life.
This campaign was specifically created to target proactive individuals who are in the early awareness stage of their allergies. The Meta ads directed users to a landing page that was informative, reassuring, and supportive. The landing page encouraged visitors to join the klarify community to receive guidance throughout their allergy journey.
