Hey, I’m Sally – a freelance content editor and copywriter, working across food, drink, interiors, wellbeing, health, travel, beauty and fashion. I can help you with editorial content strategy, brand storytelling and bringing messaging to life across digital and print formats, including websites, blogs, e-commerce, email newsletters, CRM, paid-social campaigns and magazines.

MY STORY I’m based in Brighton, England, and after working in London for many years, now offer freelance support for creative agencies, brands, start-ups and solopreneurs.

I originally trained as a magazine journalist at Cardiff University (NCTJ qualified) and for the last decade I've been an editor at leading London content marketing agencies, specialising in B2C lifestyle content for the UK’s biggest retailers – including Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Boots, Asda, George and Holland & Barrett.

I also have extensive experience working for consumer publications, internal comms and B2B titles for the drinks, restaurant and hospitality industries.

My services include copywriting, editorial, ideation, blog posts, content strategy, tone of voice, managing CMS, feature writing and sub editing. Think of me as your mini content team – someone who’s experienced, good to work with and makes your work life easier!
