Perhaps you want to update your website or need help writing articles for your company website. Maybe you’re worried you’re not finding the time to write the blog you know your website really needs. Or you’d like an extra pair of hands to review some work that’s already been done. I can help you with: • Blog posts • Articles • Web copy • Ghostwriting • Tone of voice • Proof reading and editing • Website and document reviews Why work with me? I’ll get to know you and your business - so I understand what you need and the most effective way to approach your project. I’m often a sounding board for ideas and I’m always happy to share what I’ve learnt during the decade I’ve worked in communications. My briefing process is straightforward and you’ll have the peace of mind that comes with clear terms and conditions, and a structured writing process. Most important of all, I’ll deliver your work on time and on brief. I’m based in Surrey but work with clients across the UK and beyond. If you’d like to check out my portfolio, or have an idea or project in mind (however fledgling), I’d love to hear from you (alice@alicesolaiman.com / 07738 940727). What my clients say: "Alice worked with us on our website update project, ensuring our brand tone of voice was consistent throughout. She’s able to convert often complex briefing documents into something that resonates with our audience, and is confident finding the balance between flexing the tone to meet the requirements of our team, while also ensuring it sounds like WBD! We’ve been really happy with the work Alice has done for us, and her willingness to adapt to the changing needs of such a large project and the accuracy of her work has made a real impact." Kim Turner - Senior Brand & Communications Manager, Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP “I got in touch with Alice as we needed help with a recruitment project. Alice worked with us to develop landing page copy, an email and pdf flyer. As part of the brief, Alice interviewed one of our members and she quickly got up to speed with our tone of voice and understood what we needed. It was our first time working with Alice, so I was pleased that her work was high quality, she responded quickly to feedback and we were very happy with the outcome.” Ismah Dar, British Dental Association “Alice helped us with our website re-write. She understood the brief and quickly got up to speed with our new tone of voice – writing a large number of lawyer profiles and updating our sector and services pages. Alice kept us updated throughout the process and has been responsive and adaptable to our needs. It’s been a pleasure working with Alice and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services.” Deborah Fleming – Marketing & Business Development Director, Walker Morris LLP “Alice is a pleasure to work with – she understood the brief and delivered compelling and engaging copy for my boutique accounting practice supporting female-owned businesses. She was a great sounding board for ideas on what would resonate with my target audience. She always provided drafts in a very timely manner and captured the brand’s tone of voice and our purpose well. I would happily recommend her services to others.” Preesha Chhaya – Founder, Beaver & Bee Chartered Accountants “Working with Alice is an absolute pleasure. Her ability to grasp concept topics quickly and turn them into genuinely engaging and accessible copy is a rare skill – and one I value enormously. I also appreciate her creative input and her willingness to shape and push stories to become greater than the original brief. I cannot rate her highly enough.” Annie Scott – Head of Content and Communications, Schillings

👩🦰 Hi, I'm Miriam. I run Copperwords®, an SEO copywriting and AI search consultancy backed by 15 years of industry experience. I help organisations get found by Google, cited by AI Overviews, and recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. My work sits where search strategy, website structure, technical signals and copywriting meet. Specialising strictly in high-stakes sectors, i.e. private healthcare, financial services, and values-led organisations in heritage and conservation. Backed by 15 years of industry experience, I focus on LLM SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to ensure your organisation gets found by Google, cited by AI Overviews, and recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. 🩺 For medical and finance clients, my work means adhering to Google’s strict YMYL thresholds. 🌳 For heritage and conservation trusts, it means satisfying intense public, regulatory, and funder scrutiny. In these spaces, data accuracy is paramount; generic SEO advice costs you institutional trust before it costs you traffic. Most businesses split search strategy and copy into two separate jobs. AI search punishes that split. I handle both because an algorithm evaluates a page based on the language on it. I fix the verification layer with clear page structure, trust signals, and copy a model can quote without wobbling. How I work with organisations: Project work ⚙️ The Diagnostic Audit · £395: A plain-English technical health check isolating your top three structural visibility issues ranked by commercial impact. Every partnership begins here. If you commission a full project package within 30 days, this fee is fully deducted from your project total. 🦔 The Heritage & Conservation Verification Package · £1,450: Designed for regional charities and environmental organisations rich in data but invisible to AI search. This package covers Wikidata entity mapping, converting legacy PDFs into crawlable HTML resource hubs, and custom schema architecture to close the verification gap. 🛟 The Healthcare & Financial Services E-E-A-T Package · £1,850: Tailored for private clinics and platforms needing to protect visibility under Google's strict YMYL standards. Includes authority content alignment, specialist schema deployment, and factual primary-source verification to prevent AI hallucinations. 🌐 Safe Site Migration & Rebranding · £2,650: Technical protection for organisations moving platforms or rebranding. Includes full content mapping, URL routing, and six weeks of post-launch technical tracking via Google Search Console to protect your hard-earned organic baseline. Ongoing strategic retainers 🔧 Technical Oversight · £450 / month: For organisations with internal writers requiring continuous diagnostic tracking rather than content execution. Includes monthly health checks, schema validation, and priority task lists. 📅 Strategic Advisory · £650 / month: For growing teams with internal developers or managers needing senior technical steering. Includes monthly technical auditing and AI visibility monitoring. 🤖 Regulated Search Partnership · From £1,700 / month: For healthcare, financial practices, and conservation trusts answering to formal, public, or funder scrutiny. Covers expert named-entity schema builds, factual source checking, and a fully defensible compliance trail to mitigate institutional risk. How I think about AI search Most of what people sell as AEO or GEO is legacy SEO architecture operating under a new name: clear writing, sensible page structure, real authorship, structured data, and trust signals. True optimization happens where AI models choose what to quote and what to trust. That is where the technical verification layer becomes critical. The winners of the AI search transition won't be those with the biggest budgets. They will have pages that are easy for a machine to read and difficult for a model to doubt. Experience I have spent 15 years working with search engines, websites and algorithms. I started in PPC in 2011, moved into SEO and copywriting, spent four years in-house, and have spent the past six years freelancing directly with businesses, trusts, and alongside agencies. Brands I have worked with include Microsoft, Alexa, Audible, The Very Group, Intuit, Mini/BMW, Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Tatti Lashes, Zewa, Naytal/Maven Clinic and Tommee Tippee. Since 2025, I have completed ECTS-accredited courses in elements of AI, AI and law, and AI ethics through the University of Helsinki and Lund University. This academic grounding shapes how I approach data integrity and compliance for clients in highly scrutinised sectors. Based in Liverpool, working across the UK 📍 I am based in Woolton, South Liverpool. If you are looking for a Northwest specialist who lives closer to the Cheshire boundary than half of Manchester does, you are in the right place. Everything else is on my website 🌐 www.copperwords.com 📧 miriam@copperwords.com 💬 What clients say: "An exceptional understanding of healthcare communication and SEO. We saw a noticeable increase in qualified traffic." (Dr Natalie Summerhill, Summerhill Health) "Miriam's focused approach and genuine interest led to significant improvements in a short timeframe." (Emma Hatfield, Brooks Macdonald)

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by - my name is Emily Haddington and I'm a senior copywriter and UX writer with more than a decade of experience writing for small to medium companies, start-ups and household brands. I'm also the co-founder of anti-AI human creative agency, Haddington & Haddington. Some of my clients have included HSBC, JP Morgan, Vodafone, P&G, TUI, Aquafresh, Taylor Wimpey, Microsoft, Google and Expedia. Sure, I'm a generalist - but to my mind, a good copywriter should be able to write about literally anything. I'm the co-founder of Haddington & Haddington, a Suffolk-based agency offering copywriting, design and UX writing services. I run the agency with my husband, David Haddington - an extremely talented web, digital, print and UX/UI designer. (He does a bloomin' good illustration, too). Copywriting I have a wealth of writing experience across a huge variety of sectors. Whether it's creating product descriptions for a small online start-up selling caravan upholstery, or UX copy for mortgage products for household names like HSBC, I can help with any project. Big or small, B2B or B2C. I've helped small local companies in Suffolk to sell more honey by improving their landing page copy, and I've given Marriott Hotels its key tagline for the naming of a luxury new hotel in Budapest. Whatever the copywriting challenge, I'm here to take it on! UX Writing Many copywriters say they're UX writers, but they don't have any UX background or design reputation to back it up. UX writing involves more than being able to write micro-copy for a button, or knowing your way around a wireframe. My agency is fully accredited by qualifications from the UX Design Institute, and we perform user testing and UX research alongside content design. I know the UX design process inside out - from user surveys and competitive benchmarking at the start, through to user flow analysis, affinity diagrams and customer journey mapping, and then user flows, wireframing and prototyping. I've been involved in UX writing projects for large brands such as JP Morgan/Chase, Vodafone and HSBC. AI-to-human copywriting services I’ll take your copy and strip out all the filler, AI buzzwords and jargon. What you’ll get is writing with a warmer tone, clear purpose, and a voice that truly reflects your brand. Get in touch with me today at emily@haddingtoncreative.com

Conceptual copywriter. Agency to the core. I have a strong grounding in staying on brand, on brief and on time across a wide range of projects. My specialisms are B2B tech, financial services and charity. I like to dovetail with planning on campaigns to turn the strategy/messaging into effective copy through the funnel. Things that excite me: strategy documents, brand voice guidelines, great briefs, talking to product owners, working on concepts with an art director.

Trusted by publishers, brands, creative agencies, galleries, arts organisations, artists, museums, and cultural centres. As a skilled wordsmith, I’ve worked on 3-word straplines, 300,000-word books, and many varied digital and print projects in between. My writing and editing work has helped win awards, funding, and major contracts, securing income for clients from £500 to £5 million. Whether you’re facing a blank page, half-started draft, or ‘needs a final look’ document, I’ll help get your project publish-ready. I can help with: • Books & digital publications • Collection catalogues • Exhibition panels & interactive content • Toolkits & resources • Events & festival programmes • Workshop publications • Research & interviews • Creative agency pitch decks • Bids & tender responses • Brand language & tone of voice • Web copy, blogs, articles • Case studies • Awards submissions • Conference scriptwriting • Artist statements • Proposals • Funding applications • Artist books • Self-published titles • Poetry & story collections • Experimental artist texts This isn’t just a list of things I say I can do; these are all projects I have actually worked on for clients. I'd love to hear about your project. Email me at pip.rowson@gmail.com

A lot of business owners I speak to have the same problem. Their website exists (it might even look half-decent) but it's not ranking, not generating enquiries and not reflecting how good their business actually is. I'm Ben, a website copywriter and SEO specialist based in Salford, Manchester. I help service-based businesses - particularly those in property, construction and the trades - get more enquiries through their website. I do this through: ➡️ Website copywriting that speaks to your ideal customer ➡️ SEO that gets your business found on Google ➡️ Simple, solid website builds My aim is to make things easier for you - less stress, more time. I keep things simple and deliver quality work that you won't need to chase. Yes, I have been called a "safe pair of hands" more than once - I wear this as a badge of honour. With me, you know what you're getting. If you want to get your website pulling it's weight and working for you 24/7, get in touch: ben@copybeecreative.co.uk

"Bonnie is a gold-mine! Her knowledge is second to none and she's the loveliest human being. She's passionate, articulate, and really goes the extra mile- a brilliant copywriter" Aimee, Creative and Agency Owner, Bath I reckon there are four questions you’re pondering as you’re browsing all these copywriter profiles. You’ll find the answers to all four riiiight here. Pop an email to bonnie@wordsbybonnie.com if there’s another question swirling about your brain which I’ve missed. ONE: Is she any good? This answer to this question is: yes. I am good. It takes 10,000 hours to be an expert in something. I’ve got a big ol’ tick next to ’10,000 hours of writing, reading, and being a massive word nerd’. I haven’t done the exact maths (numbers are not my thing, tbh) but I’ve been devouring books and storytelling since I was little and I’m now just a smidge over 21. The maths is undeniable. Also put a big ol’ tick next to: 2:1 English degree, bylines in national newspapers, writing for household brands, diplomas in copywriting and digital marketing from everywhere, regular CPD, full-time freelance copywriting since 2021, and a whole bunch of 5-star reviews on Google. TWO: Is she available now-ish?Also yes. We could probably have a call in the next 24 hours if you want to book it (see: website link at the bottom of this page). The “how long til the copywriting is done” question very much depends on what kind of writing you need, what it’s for, how much of it, how many rounds of edits, and if you want to pay for a rush fee. We’ll chat about all of that in the discovery call. THREE: How much does she charge?Less than I’m worth but more than you think. Again, the answer to this question depends on what you want. After we chat I’ll put a proposal together for you. There will be three bespoke packages at three different price points based on what we discussed in the discovery call. I can tell you that I charge a day rate of £425 and I work out how much to charge you based on how many days the project’s going to take. I can handle that much maths, at least. FOUR: How does it work?Ok, it’s really simple but there are a bunch of steps. So, lemme walk you through it. The first step is having a 20ish-minute discovery call to discuss the project, the deadline, the budget, and copy specificsI’ll write a bespoke proposal. Once you accept one, I’ll send a contract and an invoice for 50% of the feeYou complete a questionnaire about your business, tone of voice, and goals. We lock down the briefI start writing, researching, and refining your first draft and send it by the pre-agreed deadlineYou get a full week to review the copy and send me written feedbackI’ll make all the edits and revisions and send you draft two. (This is when the final invoice is due, by the way)Your copy is ready to copy, paste, upload, and share wherever you want it to go! Were those your four questions? They were, weren’t they? Yes! I knew it!

I'm a beauty and health copywriter, ghostwriter and journalist with 10 years' experience. I approach storytelling like a journalist and commercial strategy like a marketer. My portfolio includes: L'Oréal, Sciton, Eucalyptus, Freesoul, Rimmel, Dr Sam's, The Skin Diary, The Body Shop, Project E, Allure, Marie Claire, Glamour, and plenty of other gems. Sure, I can write about most topics, but beauty and aesthetics are my beat. If you want a copywriter you don't need to explain retinoids to, I'm your gal. Let's chat about: Emails that convert, ads that sell, articles that get read, SEO/GEO that gets seen and packaging copy that stands out. __ Selling is only hard when you forget to be a human🌞 Some nice words from clients: "We place a strong emphasis on brand messaging, and Tori has been exceptional in crafting content that truly resonates with our brand, vision, and customers. She quickly grasped our brand's tone of voice and consistently brings unique and valuable insights from her background as a journalist. Tori has proven to be an invaluable member of our team, and we look forward to continuing our work with her." "Tori is one of the greatest beauty writers I have ever come across in all my time of working in the aesthetic industry. She is efficient, so on top of it, and anyone would be lucky to have her writing for them. Her attention to detail is like no other, and I can truly testify that she is one of the best in the industry."
