Hello, I'm Michael, and I'm passionate about writing. When I was 11, I dreamed of getting my letter from Hogwarts. Later I wanted to start my adventure across Middle Earth. Words create new, unknown worlds in which we can completely immerse ourselves. Reading a good text, you can feel the magic and the emotions. Every written word is the building block for a story that takes us into a new world. It makes us laugh, cry, become angry or be happy. We walk through mysterious forests or dive through the deepest ocean. A well-written text makes you smell the scent of paper or feel the tingling on your skin. It makes you feel content while imagining the solution to your problem. Do you already have a product that fulfils your customers' wishes as if by magic? Unfortunately, loyal customers are still far and few in between? What use is a (digital) offer without the right words? It's like an elixir without the philosopher's stone. You can drink it, but it doesn't enchant you. With good copy, you open the magical closet to a legendary new world for your customers. This gives your brand its unique voice and accompanies your customers on their journey. I have made it my mission to find the right words for your brand and offer. Together we create your enchanted wardrobe. You will find more customers and employees if you speak the right language. Do people find it hard to remember you? Then let's talk. Call me on 0049 151 281 49 555 or email me at mail@michaelkaufhold.de.

Thought leadership, content strategy, campaign messaging, content planning, creative copywriting, editing, and proofreading. Yes, it's a list. A list of all the things I get involved in here at AECOM, where I lead thought leadership and content for Europe and India. It's not exhaustive by any means, but a reflection of the variety of my day-to-day work - which I love. AECOM is a huge global infrastructure consultancy, so I need to be on top of a huge range of topics. This week's to-do list comprises articles on the benefits of data analytics, powering up green ammonia production in Paraguay, and India's first fully underground metro corridor in Mumbai. It's certainly a job for the intellectually curious. Personally, I am an advocate for strategic planning and knowing your audience. Content must be targeted. I'm also really enjoying trying out various AI-powered tools that are helping my team to produce quality content at scale and pace. I'm just entering my fourth decade in the writing business. In that time, I've been a managing editor, food columnist (loved that), feature writer, PR account manager (hated that), production editor, and a contributor to the Rough Guide to Japan. Yes, that's another list. But after more than 30 years in the business - there's a lot to include!

I'm a freelance copywriter on a mission to make pensions, investment and finance more interesting and engaging for ordinary people. Hire me to write clear, compelling plain English content that helps people understand more about pensions, investment and finance in general, and make better decisions about their lives. I spent 19 years as a copywriter with the Aon UK Communication Practice. I’ve written more pension newsletters than I could shake a stick at - including summary funding statements - as well as letters, emails, websites, booklets, presentations, video scripts, business pitches and award entries. I’ve worked on a lot of highly personalised items such as benefit statements. More recently I've worked on a lot of online communications, including a website to help people plan and prepare for their retirement. My experience covers all flavours of DB and DC pensions including communications from trustee boards and employers. Here's a selection of the subjects I deal with. DC investment education Pension scams Pensions and tax GMP reconciliation and equalisation DB-to-DC change consultations Changing RPI increases to CPI In recent years I developed a set of communications for explaining liability management offers such as pension increase exchange and enhanced transfer. When I'm not writing about pensions, my interests include: singing and acting with a couple of local am-dram societies, singing in a church choir, running, swimming, skiing, sampling as many different craft beers as possible and attempting to grow fruit and vegetables with varying degrees of success.

I've been a professional copywriter running my own copywriting agency in Singapore for over 20 years and loving it! I'm from the UK, but manifest destiny took me to sunnier climes 30 years ago and I now spend my time travelling between the two. In an age of AI everything🤖, I am passionate about keeping copy human - you know, really digging deep into who you are and who your clients are, communicating clearly the bridge you provide to take your clients from Point A, their current state, to Point B, their desired state and all the great benefits and outcomes they'll get by choosing you. I specialise in: - documenting your brand voice so that we remove the common obstacles of marketing your message - by defining it clearly for you - writing the marketing materials that move the needle for your business: web pages, sales pages, case studies, stories for social media - training your in-house team to write better copy, when you've decided not to outsource Over the last 20 years I've written for MNCs, large SMEs, government agencies and business start-ups across all industries with a focus on hospitality, education, health and IT. I love simplifying messages so they are actually understood! I'm the copywriter businesses turn to when they been burned too often by wanna-be writers promising the moon and falling far short. The most common reaction I get from my clients? "We wish we'd found you sooner!" Other good-to-knows about me: - I'm a mum to two amazing young adults - I play the sax - 🎷 in my mind it's the sexiest sound on the planet (the sax - not me playing it) - I'm a 🐶 lover but we have a 😺.🤷 I've just joined this platform so my portfolio is blank right now until I upload some samples. In the meantime, contact me to view my portfolio.

Sorry oil and gas, fast fashion and gambling — I’m not for you.
