Hi there! Thanks for stopping by - my name is Emily Haddington and I'm a senior copywriter and UX writer with more than a decade of experience writing for small to medium companies, start-ups and household brands. Some of my clients have included HSBC, JP Morgan, Vodafone, P&G, TUI, Aquafresh, Taylor Wimpey, Microsoft, Google and Expedia. Sure, I'm a generalist - but to my mind, a good copywriter should be able to write about literally anything. I'm the co-founder of Haddington & Haddington, a Suffolk-based agency offering copywriting and UX writing services alongside AI copy rewrites and humanisation. I run the agency with my husband, David Haddington - an extremely talented web, digital, print and UX/UI designer. (He does a bloomin' good illustration, too). Copywriting I have a wealth of writing experience across a huge variety of sectors. Whether it's creating product descriptions for a small online start-up selling caravan upholstery, or UX copy for mortgage products for household names like HSBC, I can help with any project. Big or small, B2B or B2C. I've helped small local companies in Suffolk to sell more honey by improving their landing page copy, and I've given Marriott Hotels its key tagline for the naming of a luxury new hotel in Budapest. Whatever the copywriting challenge, I'm here to take it on! UX Writing Many copywriters say they're UX writers, but they don't have any UX background or design reputation to back it up. UX writing involves more than being able to write micro-copy for a button, or knowing your way around a wireframe. My agency is fully accredited by qualifications from the UX Design Institute, and we perform user testing and UX research alongside content design. I know the UX design process inside out - from user surveys and competitive benchmarking at the start, through to user flow analysis, affinity diagrams and customer journey mapping, and then user flows, wireframing and prototyping. I've been involved in UX writing projects for large brands such as JP Morgan/Chase, Vodafone and HSBC. AI-to-human copywriting services I’ll take your copy and strip out all the filler, AI buzzwords and jargon. What you’ll get is writing with a warmer tone, clear purpose, and a voice that truly reflects your brand. Gone overboard with ChatGPT? Or maybe that free AI content bot didn’t make the cut? If you’ve ended up with loads of articles that just aren’t converting, I can help. I'm used to rewriting large volumes of AI-generated content that’s missed the mark. Whether it’s product descriptions, service pages, or blog posts, I’ll transform flat, robotic copy into clear, natural content your audience actually wants to read! Does your organisation or brand need a boost? Got a book to write or promote? I create clear, consistent and compelling copy and content that converts for the likes of Green People, The Federation of Holistic Therapists, Cambridge Assessment International Education, The Story Massage Programme, Chichester Festival Theatre, West Dean College, Love Cottages, Annie Haak Designs and ASDA. My carefully crafted words also resonate with the clients of interior design, construction, IT support and hospitality/leisure SMEs. What makes my heart glow? Helping wildlife, education, arts/culture and health/wellbeing organisations to flourish. And enabling authors to achieve their bestseller dreams with everything from ghostwriting to marketing. As a word and bird nerd, nature is my muse. You'll often find me kicking back with the kingfishers. Want your business or book to fly? Get in touch!

Copywriter. Storyteller. Bookworm. Owned by a dog that looks like a sausage. Hello there, I’m Leesa. I see you and I see your problem. Your hard work is paying off. You’re so damn good at what you do that you’re expanding, hiring new staff, and going after a wider customer base. That’s bloody brilliant. Only thing is, that old generic messaging just won’t do anymore. You’ve got some decent copy out there, but you’ve also got this sneaking suspicion that it’s all a bit…patchy. I get it. When you started out, you were juggling more balls than my sister at that hen do. You just needed to chuck some words up. But now you’re playing in the big leagues, you can’t get away with saying you unlock and elevate stuff anymore. You could hire a copywriter to write one thing, for one moment, in one format. Or you can build a solid brand story that will inform every marketing asset you create from here on in. Hello, I'm Leesa. I'm a copywriter with a background in social sciences, comms, and leading large teams. I know words, I know people, and I've been studying storytelling for over two decades. 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳, 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻: Your customer - the thing they want, the thing that’s getting in their way, and why it matters. Then you make your entrance, and you help them win the day, with feeling. And finally, we’ll create your 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝘆. This is your scaffolding. It tells you what to say first, second, and third, so your audience gets it quickly and clearly. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀. "Leesa's copy is outstanding, and she's very easy to work with, enthusiastic, responsive, and just gets us." Kevin Hayler, Sales Made Easy "Leesa has been a fantastic addition to our marketing efforts as our go-to copywriter for the UK market." Gustav Haag, Solar Sherpa "The results have been almost immediate." Conrad Mepham-Stone, Consoul NLP 𝗗𝗠 𝗺𝗲 and tell me where it hurts. Leesa x

Hi there, I’m Toby. I’m a senior copywriter and editor with 16 years’ experience. I’ve written for brands like bp, Nestlé and VistaPrint, plus work for DC Comics and Liverpool FC. I can help with creating your website copy, social posts, flyers and brochures, as well as taglines, brand positioning and messaging strategy. And if you already have the content – whether it’s AI generated or you’ve written it yourself – I can quickly edit it for clarity, style and tone of voice. Ben

Most businesses have the same problem online. They’ve got the values, the story, the mission - but not the right words or visibility. That’s where I come in. I'm Ben, a freelance copywriter and content specialist. I help founders and teams turn what they do into words with personality that connect and convert. With 15 years in digital marketing - both in-house and agency side - I understand what you’re dealing with behind the scenes: ➡️ Too many priorities ➡️ No time to think about content (nevermind write it) ➡️ Stretched teams without capacity ➡️ Scattergun publishing, little strategy, mixed messaging I make this easier for you. ✍️ What I do Website copy, content writing, blogs, articles, email marketing, SEO strategy 🎯 Who I work with Founders, small businesses, SMEs and agencies I've worked across property & construction, the green sector, health & fitness, local business and more. The common thread here is that we match on values. ✅ The results: More visibility. More leads. More sales. More impact. What my clients say: “Right from the start, Ben grasped our business needs and vision. We’re now attracting far more customers that are a great fit for our business” “Ben’s added a lot of value to our business and made my life so much easier at the same time” "I've worked with SEO companies before with poor results. Working with Ben has been completely different - real increase in traffic and enquiries" ❌ Most business owners miss this point: your website and content has the ability to work 24/7. Doesn't matter if you go on holiday, have a day off or sneak away for a game of padel - your copy should still be working hard to bring in the right customers. Mine does. And I can help yours do the same. Follow or connect → I write posts on things I find interesting (current affairs, impact economy, copywriting, content strategy and founder mentality). Hopefully you'll find them interesting too. Plus a few personal updates here and there. 👉 Get in touch: ben@copybeecreative.co.uk

The reality: You're selling a decision. A decision to buy – or not to. And such decisions happen faster than you can think. Quite literally. You see, before your conscious mind has had the chance to process, your subconscious has already made its calculations. In fact, cognitive scientists say ~95% of our behaviour, emotion, decision-making (and more) depend on brain activity beyond our conscious awareness. 95%! In other words, we're basically running on autopilot. And using some (very) convincing post-rationalisations to justify our actions... In over 200,000 years, that's not really changed. We were (and still are) guided by behavioural principles and evolutionary instincts we're not fully aware of. The outcomes are different, yes - we're not fighting for survival anymore - but the drivers are still very much the same. They're hardwired into us. And once you know what they are (and how to tap into them) influencing behaviour becomes a whole lot easier. You can do it in person, over the phone, online, in writing - it doesn't matter. It all works the same way. And you need it. Just like every other business. Because... How are you going to generate leads... make sales... launch new products... impress investors... grow your customer base... without changing behaviour? Winning others to your way of thinking isn't a "nice-to-have". It's a must-have. Especially when you have a product or service that genuinely helps the people in your market. In the written realm, i.e. the world of copywriting, you need to convince your readers that your product or service is worth the money they're about to pay for it. And, in essence, that's all persuasion is: Highlighting how your offering benefits your reader – and agitating how bad life will be without it. Push. Pull. Push. Pull. And any copywriter – heck, *anyone* – could follow that approach... But the devil is in the details. Just stating facts is too overt. Too obvious. (Think, when was the last time you bought something, knowing you were being persuaded?) Instead, you need to be subtle. Compelling. And slip in under the radar. You need to make your readers feel like they're making this decision themselves. And that's not something just "anyone" can do. Over 75 businesses across the UK have used me to help them win their market to their way of thinking. And I've done so via websites, landing pages, sales pages, emails and social media ads. Together, we've turned hesitant window shoppers into high-paying loyal customers, who not only want to take action... but enjoy coming back for more. So, get what your business needs. Message me now. “Lewis is a great copywriter. He has worked on ads and landing pages for us, both delivering fantastic results. He is easy to work with, enjoys collaborating and is always honing his skills. Highly recommended.” -- Stephen Bavister, Director/Founder of LexisClick Growth Consultancy 5 (kinda weird) facts about me: - I like to eat kiwis with the skin on - I'm based near Ipswich, Suffolk - I graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Automotive Materials Engineering - I'm on a mission to visit 50 countries before I'm 30 (I've visited 43 so far) - I'm a big fan of RHCP, especially John Frusciante
